Paralegal apprentice

As an paralegal apprentice at Open Law, you’ll gain hands-on experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop essential skills and knowledge.

As a paralegal apprentice, your main responsibilities will include:

• supporting legal team with administrative tasks;
• conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to progress a client matter;
• ensuring records are meticulously maintained and up to date;
• interacting with clients and other parties to facilitate communication and to support case management;
• assisting Open Law in maintaining compliance with anti-money laundering regulations by providing through support in compliance checks, documentation and reporting, ensuring adherence to all legal standards;
• demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software; and
• understanding and following all relevant Open Law policies and procedures.
