Paralegal apprenticeship
An exciting new paralegal apprenticeship opportunity located in Didsbury. Pabla and Pabla Solicitors are looking for three eager individuals to join their team and kick start their journey on a legal pathway.
Main responsibilities include:
- setting up cases on systems;
- considering evidence and valuing claims;
- handling low value claims from inception to conclusion;
- speaking to new clients, taking full instructions in relation to road traffic accident claims and assessing liability;
- submitting claims on the online Official Injury Claim portal;
- managing a caseload under the supervision of qualified solicitors;
- maintaining regular communication with clients and updating them on case progression;
- instructing medical experts, valuing claims and negotiating settlements;
- ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protocols;
- meeting performance targets and contributing to the firm's success; and
- issuing court proceedings and other aspects of litigation.
