Who can apply?

This apprenticeship is open to individuals who:

  • don't hold a degree and are seeking an alternative to university;
  • have achieved, or are predicted to achieve, AAB at A level or equivalent (applications with mitigating circumstances will be considered); and
  • are eager to pursue a legal career while combining work and study.

The programme

During the apprenticeship, you'll:

  • work towards an LLB (Hons) in Legal Practice and qualify as a solicitor;
  • have all tuition fees fully paid, earning a salary while completing your qualification;
  • spend four days per week working in our London office across various departments, including commercial, contentious, private client, property and business services; and
  • dedicate one day per week to guided study and skills coaching, supported by The University of Law .

The University of Law  provides academic and competency training, preparing you for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam parts one and two. The programme also includes The University of Law assessments, offering the opportunity to graduate with an LLB in Legal Practice and Skills (Hons).
