Amicus runs various volunteer placement programmes. The UK office volunteer placements are based in their London office and revolve around the needs of the office at the time, generally administrative. US general placement volunteers are assigned to Amicus affiliated capital defence offices in the US for a minimum of three months to support the office and work on death row cases. They recruit for both placements on a rolling basis; there are no deadlines as the need is year-round.
