The Windsor Fellowship emerged as a product of the Windsor Conference in 1984, which was hosted following the race riots of the preceding years. It's since trained and supported more than 19,000 young people from diverse backgrounds to navigate their journeys towards educational and career success. Over the past eight years, £2,700,000 scholarships have been granted. The organisation has partnered with a number of companies including European law firm Fieldfisher.
There are a variety of internship, mentoring and fellowship programmes targeted at different age groups.
