TLT – Beyond

Beyond is TLT LLP's new early careers equality, diversity and inclusion initiative that recognises the lack of diversity in the legal sector and acknowledges barriers that may be in place to enter the industry. For the inaugural cycle (2024/2025), the programme will focus on candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds.

Successful candidates will (among other things):

• be assigned a mentor and trainee buddy;
• attend three learning and employability sessions to develop key employability skills for success in the application process and as a trainee; 
• attend the two-week vacation scheme in chosen location; and
• be considered for a training contract with TLT, following completion of the Beyond programme and vacation scheme. 

Pre-programme:

During the application process, TLT's early careers team will host the following two webinars:

• Introduction to Beyond: this session will provide you with the opportunity to meet the early careers team, gain an insight into the programme, and ask any questions. You can sign up for the webinar via TLT's website.
   
• Beyond – an insight into the recruitment process: this session will guide you through the recruitment process and provide you with some top tips for succeeding in the application and assessment stages. You can sign up for the webinar via TLT's website.
