What you'll do
- Advise a diverse range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Take the lead on complex cases, while supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Drive business development and play a key role in growing our presence within the charity and not-for-profit sectors.
- Collaborate in a close-knit team, making a tangible impact across sectors.
- Grow as a lawyer
What we’re looking for
- A UK-qualified lawyer with two to eight years post qualified experience in employment law.
- Strong client-facing and business development skills.
- Ambitious and proactive, with a focus on progression and career growth
