The recent LawCareers.Net Trainee Survey has revealed that 81% of respondents used either LawCareers.Net or The Training Contract & Pupillage Handbook, or both, as part of their hunt for a job.

There were 2,126 respondents in total, of whom 1,721 indicated that they used one or both of the publications as part of their research when looking for a training contract. Respondents come from 124 different participating firms, and are either current trainees or first-year newly-qualified solicitors.

Matthew Broadbent, business development director of LawCareers.Net and The Training Contract & Pupillage Handbook, said: “This is a sample of successful applicants for training contracts, of whom a massive 81% said they had used either The Training Contract & Pupillage Handbook or LawCareers.Net to research their career. In other words, over four out of five recent lawyers used our products to launch their careers!”
