Membership organisation Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) has announced plans to rename itself as The Association of Lifetime Lawyers.

The rebranding has been driven by a 12-month review and will come into effect in September.
Lakshmi Turner, chief executive of SFE, insisted that the organisation’s “mission and the commitment of our members has stayed the same”. Turner added: “We needed to think about our name and the way we describe ourselves so the people who need our members most, know we’re here. It’s time for SFE to enter a new stage of its lifetime.”
