Candidates taking the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) can now book to take the SQE1 assessment in November, which focuses on functioning legal knowledge (FLK) – booking will close on Sunday 26 September.
To book SQE1, aspiring lawyers are required to register as SQE candidates first. SQE1 assessment places will be offered on a first come first served basis, so the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has recommended that candidates book early.
SQE1 is split into two parts, FLK1 and FLK2 – these will take place on 8 November and 11 November, respectively.
For more information and updates on the SQE, visit LCN’s SQE Hub.
