Real estate internships at six leading law firms are now underway, providing graduates with valuable commercial property experience.
With the launch of the internship scheme reported over a month ago, now this year's interns are spending a fortnight each in a law firm real estate department, plus another two weeks with a leading London property developer/real estate development trust. Nabarro, Herbert Smith Freehills, Mishcon de Reya, Howard KennedyFsi, Berwin Leighton Paisner and Ashfords are the firms signed up to the scheme, which was founded by Sociable Surveyors.
Matthew White, real estate partner at Herbert Smith Freehills, said: "We are excited to be part of this innovative hybrid internship. Our involvement with Sociable Surveyors will help provide an opportunity to young surveyors in the property industry to enjoy a real-life experience of working in the real estate division of an international law firm as part of their training."
