Penningtons Solicitors LLP has scored a spot in the top 25 companies for graduates to work for in a survey run by The Job Crowd. The survey asked graduates across a range of sectors to score their employers on several different criteria. Penningtons came in at number 23 on the list (up from 46 in 2012) and did particularly well in the work-life balance, culture and training categories.
Andrea Law, head of HR at Penningtons, said: "We are delighted with this recognition, which acknowledges our graduate recruitment and training programme as well as our culture. These are all things in which we invest a great deal of effort and take great pride."
Penningtons also came in at number one in the Inside Buzz law firm rankings for formal training, hours, work satisfaction and informal training/mentoring. And of course, it also won 'Best Recruiter - Medium City Law Firm' at the 2013 Law Careers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards. Good work Penningtons!
