US law firm Milbank LLP has published its year-end bonus figures for its associates, which will be between $15,000 (£12,000) and $115,000 (£90,000) depending on their experience level.
In a memorandum to associates, shared by US website Above the Law, the firm outlined its bonus scale, which showed that the class of 2024 will receive $15,000, while the class of 2016 and 2017 will receive $115,000.
The memorandum said that the firm’s year-end bonuses will be paid to “associates in good standing” and confirmed that they’ll be paid on or before 31 December 2024.
The announcement follows the firm’s summer bonuses – the amounts of which were published in August. Combined with the firm’s ‘special bonuses’ in August, the year-end bonus takes the class of 2024’s bonus total up to $21,000, while those at the top end (class of 2016 and 2017) will have received £140,000 in total.
