The LawCareers.Net Podcast has released two new episodes which focus on what students need to know about the new Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) coming into force in 2021.
Episode 12 features a full interview with Professor Paula Moffatt, director of external engagement at Nottingham Law School, who runs through exactly how the SQE will work (including SQE1, SQE2 and Qualifying Work Experience), what it means for law and non-law students, and what postgraduate courses will be available for aspiring lawyers.
A bonus mini-episode has also been released in conversation with Victoria Cromwell, director of UK programmes at BARBRI. It covers BARBRI’s history and newly developed SQE preparation courses, and how students can choose between the different courses that will be available.
The LawCareers.Net Podcast is available to listen to on Spotify, Soundcloud, podcast apps and on the Podcast hub on LawCareers.Net.
