Publicly listed firm Knights has continued its rapid expansion with the acquisition of two UK top-200 firms.
Knights has announced the purchase of Leeds-based full-service firm Shulmans for £20 million, as well as Crawley-based asb law in a deal valued at up to £8.5 million.
As the Law Gazette reports, Knights has acquired 10 firms since floating on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. The firm’s growth plans show no sign of slowing after these latest deals, with £30 million still available for further acquisitions and organic growth a central plank of the expanded group’s integration strategy.
David Beech, Knights’ chief executive, said: “With their ambitious teams and progressive approach to law, both firms are a strong cultural fit with Knights and provide an exciting platform for growth in their respective regions.”
