Over 60 law firms have this year’s Guardian UK 300, which lists the best UK employers for people seeking their first graduate jobs.
The annual list is compiled from the votes of over 60,000 students. While only one law firm – Allen & Overy - made the top 50 by placing 48th, many law firms populate the list including magic circle high flyers Clifford Chance (66th) and Slaughter and May (80th). As the Law Gazette reports, 11 firms have featured in the list for the first time this year, including Davis Polk & Wardell, Watson Farley & Williams, Squire Patton Boggs, Travers Smith and Weil Gotshal & Manges.
