National law firm Devonshires has retained 100% of its six newly-qualified (NQ) lawyers for the second year in a row.
The six lawyers will be qualifying into practice areas including litigation and dispute resolution, real estates and projects, banking, governance and corporate, and employment.
Another four trainees joined the full-service firm in October, as eight current trainees move into their second year.
The firm’s partner and training principal Nick Billingham said: “We are delighted to announce a second year of 100% retention of our newly-qualified solicitors. At Devonshires we are committed to offering a nurturing environment in which young lawyers can develop their skills. That all of the trainees in the past two years have chosen to stay with us is testament to the fantastic workplace the firm is. We look forward to the new and second-year trainees continuing their fledgling careers at the firm and hope many will be with us for years to come.”
