BPP Law School is offering scholarships and pupillage support for its Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) programme; candidates can apply from 4 February 2014.
The financial assistance fund of £69,000 seeks to reward academic excellence and promote social justice, with one fund specifically aimed to promote the Bar outside of London. There are four separate awards available and each has its own application timetable and eligibility criteria. Candidates can find further details on how to apply online.
Students already in receipt of an Inns scholarship are still eligible to apply for BPTC funding unless the Inns scholarship exceeds £10,000. It is also permitted to apply for more than one award, though each student may only receive one scholarship.
