BPP expands BPTC offering

updated on 06 December 2012

BPP Law School has announced that, subject to validation from the Bar Standards Board, it will be offering the BPTC at its Manchester location from September 2013. Manchester will be the third of its sites to offer the course (the other two are London and Leeds). Fees will be £13,785. There will be space for 48 full-time students, who will have the chance to advise real clients at BPP's pro bono centre, and take part in moots and mock trials.

In other BPP news, Stephenson Harwood and the postgrad provider have united to provide the firm's trainees with exclusive GDL and LPC training. A new elective, International Trade and Transactions, will be provided to the firm's trainees who are on the LPC from March 2013.

Finally, BPP has announced that the first 50 students to enrol on its LLB (Hons) Law online programme from January 2013 will receive their first module free, saving the equivalent of 12.5% on their first-year fees. Students who elect to do the online course have the option to switch between online learning and a more traditional classroom experience.
