On 9 December, a unique legal careers event for disabled students is being run. It aims to connect recruiters from top firms with talented, disabled students.
Among other things, the one-day event (11:00am-5:00pm) will look at how to request adjustments in the workplace and how to approach the recruitment process. There will also be the chance to practise your networking skills over drinks and nibbles. Some of the firms that are involved include Allen & Overy, Ashurst, Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Eversheds, Hogan Lovells and Linklaters.
The event is open to students and graduates from all degree disciplines. For more information and to apply, please go to www.open-to-you.co.uk.
