City firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC) has retained an impressive 100% of its trainees this year. All 13 will qualify at the firm in September.
The firm has maintained very high retention rates in recent years, reflecting its commitment to, and investment in, trainee talent. Trainees will be joining the insurance, corporate, construction, IP and technology, commercial disputes and employment groups.
Kate Gregg, head of legal resourcing at RPC, comments: "We are absolutely delighted to be retaining all of our trainees this summer. We have a fantastic training programme in place which ensures that all of the newly qualified lawyers that we take on are fully engaged with interesting work and are qualifying into priority and headline areas of our business."
