This session invites parents, guardians, teachers and influencers to hear about how apprenticeships work at Irwin Mitchell. Over the last four years, the number of apprenticeship programmes has grown from three to 26, ranging from entry level to degree and masters opportunities. At Irwin Mitchell, we believe apprenticeships can offer a real alternative to university and not just in the legal arena, but also business streams like IT, finance and business administration. Participants will hear from current apprentices talking about their experience on their programmes and will help de-mystify some common myths around apprenticeships that still exist today.
