Before submitting your scholarship application this year, you should attend our Inns of Court scholarships panel event, where you can hear all about the scholarship application process from representatives from the Inns, current Bar students who were successful in securing scholarships last year, and qualified barristers. Our panel will talk through what the Inns look for in scholarship applicants, and will be happy to answer any questions that you have.
If you are starting your Bar Course in September 2024 (like one of BPP’s Barrister Training Courses), then the deadline to apply to an Inn of Court for a scholarship is Friday 3 November 2023. So, this session is well timed to provide you with invaluable advice on how to make a stand-out application to one of the Inns. (Please note, there is a different deadline for future law conversion course (PGDL) students who are hoping to a secure an Inns of Court scholarship).
This session will be followed with part two in February 2024, which will help you to prepare for an Inns of Court scholarship interview.
