Dentons launches modernised training contract with more focus on commercial awareness

Innovative law firm Dentons has announced that it is modernising its training contract programme to focus on project management and technology.
The changes will take effect from September, when the Law Gazette reports that trainees will focus on project management, AI, smart contracts, commercial awareness skills and mental health and wellbeing.
Nigel Webber, Dentons’ trainee partner, commented: “We are ambitious about making Dentons the best place for lawyers to develop into commercially and technically savvy business advisers who are also emotionally intelligent and inclusive.”
