Emily is BARBRI's senior tutor with programme lead responsibility for SQE1. Emily practised at the independent and employed criminal bar as a defence barrister for two years before moving into higher education and joining BPP. Emily worked as a lecturer at BPP for 10 years, teaching criminal law, land law and various skills modules both face-to-face and online. She also undertook managerial and developmental roles at BPP, including head of modules on the GDL and LLB programmes.

Tracy is BARBRI’s director of learning with responsibility for the design and operation of SQE1 and SQE2 preparation programmes. Tracy qualified as a solicitor at DWF and practiced at Kent Jones & Done, specialising in real estate. She joined the College of Law as a tutor on the LPC, and in 2013 she was appointed an associate professor at The University of Law. In 2019 Tracy joined the BARBRI team as the head of academic programmes for the QLTS and SQE.
